IAINU TUBAN JOIN THE MOU SIGNING WITH INTI INTERNATIONAL UNIVERSITY MALAYSIA

Institut Agama Islam Nahdlatul Ulama (IAINU) Tuban officially entered into an international collaboration with INTI International University Malaysia. This step was taken to improve the quality of higher education, expand academic networks, and prepare graduates who are able to compete in the global arena. There were 51 other universities in East Java that also signed similar cooperation agreements. After the signing of the agreement, the activity continued with a seminar with the theme of “Studying, Scholarship, and Collaboration Opportunities at Inti International University Malaysia”. The collaboration supported by ADRI (Association of Experts and Lecturers of the Republic of Indonesia) DPD East Java and was held on Thursday 8 th may 2025 afternoon at KH Abdurrahman Wahid Hall, 7th Floor, Ali bin Abi Talib Building, Unisma Malang. The Rector of IAINU Tuban, Prof. Syamsul Huda, was present in person, accompanied by the Vice Rector in charge of Cooperation and Student Affairs, Jamal Ghofir, M. A. The cooperation within the framework of this MOU is subject to availability of funds and adhering to applicable laws, rules and regulations of the respective Parties, the Parties shall cover the following activities and programs which inter alia include: Student mobility and visiting scholar programs, Academic programs collaborations, Joint publication and research activities, Exchange of academic materials and other information, International Centre, Scholarly activities such as courses, seminars, trainings, conferences, and symposiums organized by either of the Parties and Other activities and programs as may be mutually agreed upon by the Parties. The term for partnership between the Parties shall be five years from the date of this MOU, If either party wants to terminate this MOU, a written notice shall be given to the other party six months before the termination of the MOU. If either Party intends to extend the term, such Party shall send a written notice to the other Party expressing its intent for extension at the end of the fourth (4th) anniversary of the date of this MOU and such renewal shall be prepared in writing and signed by both parties hereto.
