STUDENT CANDIDATES FOR INTERNATIONAL KKN 2025 PARTICIPANTS TAKE THE PARTICIPANT SELECTION TEST WITH HIGH ENTHUSIASM
IAINU Tuban students from various faculties took the selection test for the 2025 International Student Community Service (KKN) on Wednesday (16/4) in the meeting room of IAINU Tuban's Hasyim Asy'ari building. This prestigious programme is one of the most anticipated activities for students, as it provides an opportunity to be directly involved in community service projects abroad. This test is a selection process to determine the best candidates to be sent to Malaysia. The participants will be involved in social, educational, and community empowerment activities in the designated areas. According to Mir'atul Firdausi, the head of IAINU Tuban's international office, the selection includes tests on English language skills, global insights, research and basic knowledge of international cultures and issues. ‘We are looking for students who are not only academically smart, but also adaptive, open to cultural differences, and have a high spirit of service,’ She said. The selection test started at 10.00 a.m. The participants seemed enthusiastic and prepared themselves well, arriving early to ensure their attendance was recorded. One of the selection participants, Chabibah Alamsyah, PIAUD’s student, expressed her enthusiasm for the programme. "I want to experience cross-culture and contribute abroad. This is a rare opportunity that I must maximise," she said. The selection process is carried out with an interview test and the selection results will be announced through the official website of IAINU Tuban's international office and IAINU Tuban's official website. The International KKN programme is a form of university commitment in shaping graduates with a global outlook and ready to compete in the international arena.
